After pulling info from 3 different sources and downloading the service manual and wiring diagram manual for my 2015 Tundra I came up with a much better illustration that includes ALL the information in one shot for both J144 and J145. The main reason for this was the conflicting ground on pin 9 in some examples and pin 7 in other. In all actuality both are ground! Pin 9 is a chassis ground and Pin 7 is a common ground. I soldered both together and used both for my install as you can never have enough ground!!!
NOTE: This is for NON-JBL systems. It came up in a PM and I did some back tracking through the schematics and apparently on the systems with an internal amplifier pin 9 of J144 is a remote and not a ground. I will verify when I have things torn down again by checking pin 9 but I'm 99% sure its ground as I have it hooked up to ground and no popped fuses or issues thus far.

I am curious if anyone has pictures of the wires. I have an after-market alarm attached and half of the wires have been disconnected. I'm trying to put it all back together and program the remotes I purchased but color's just don't seem to be matching up. I've used several different versions of the wiring lists too. I only need to connect 6 wires to pre attached connectors (fancy piggybacks). I think I have 3 of the 6 connected to the correct wires.
I'm not sure where the other 3 go, Keysense, Parking lights and door trigger. My color just aren't matching up. If anyone has some pics or advice I would appreciate it. Here is a link for a 2009 factory manual wiring diagram: The full service manual zip file is good, and cheap, but maybe not exactly up to date for later models, especially wiring, plus the links in the zip files don't work, you go to a page and if there are links on it to other things that you need to reference, the links don't work. At least I couldn't get them to, I started to go through and modify them with Acrobat (not Reader) but it was going to take forever so I bought the whole set of service manuals and wiring diagram for my 2010 from helminc, the link above, $380 total, expensive but far less than the $900 Toyota wanted, and they are the genuine factory service manuals.
Wiring diagram manual by itself is $60, worth it if you do much at all with the wiring, plus the benefit of having a manual specific to your year truck, so no possibly bad surprises.
